API Terms of UseAPI利用規約

These terms govern use of the COMPAMIR Data API and MCP server (the “Service”). By requesting or using an API key, you agree to them.

1. Attribution. You must preserve and surface the sources links provided with each event in any downstream display or output. Do not strip or alter source attribution.
2. No bulk redistribution. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the dataset in bulk, or build a substantially similar competing dataset/feed from it.
3. No availability guarantee. The Service is provided “as is”, without uptime or availability guarantees, and may change or be discontinued.
4. No accuracy guarantee. Data is produced by automated AI structuring. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of summaries or conflict detection, and accept no liability for results in your downstream services. Verify against the linked sources.
5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months (which may be zero).
6. Prohibited uses. No illegal purposes, impersonation, misrepresentation of the data as human-verified “fact-checked” output, or alteration of source attribution.
7. Changes & termination. We may update these terms or end the Service with reasonable notice via the developer portal or email.
8. Governing law. Japanese law governs these terms; the Japanese text prevails in case of conflict between language versions.

本規約は、COMPAMIR Data API および MCP サーバー（以下「本サービス」）の利用に適用されます。APIキーの申請または利用をもって本規約に同意したものとします。

1. 出典表示の維持. 各イベントに付与される sources の出典リンクを、下流の表示・出力において必ず維持・明示してください。出典表示の削除・改変は禁止します。
2. バルク再配布の禁止. データセットの大量の再販・再配布・再公開、または本サービスから実質的に同等の競合データセット/フィードを構築する行為を禁止します。
3. 可用性の無保証. 本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、稼働率・可用性を保証せず、変更・終了する場合があります。
4. 正確性の無保証. データはAIによる自動構造化であり、要約・対立検知の正確性・網羅性・即時性を保証しません。利用者の下流サービスでの利用結果について責任を負いません。必ず出典リンクで確認してください。
5. 責任の制限. 法令が許す範囲で、当方の賠償責任の総額は、直近3か月に本サービスについて支払われた額（ゼロの場合を含む）を上限とします。
6. 禁止用途. 違法目的、なりすまし、本データを人手で検証済みの「ファクトチェック済み」成果物であるかのように偽る表示、出典表示の改変を禁止します。
7. 規約変更・終了. 開発者ポータルまたはメールでの合理的な通知により、本規約の改定または本サービスの終了を行うことがあります。
8. 準拠法. 本規約は日本法に準拠します。言語版間に齟齬がある場合は日本語版が優先します。
