"German state and federal justice ministers are calling for tougher penalties for sabotage against critical infrastructure. The proposal includes increasing the maximum sentence for sabotage from five to ten years. Ministers also seek to restrict liability exemptions for large online platforms under the EU's Digital Services Act."
