"The 2.41% increase in the SMIC (minimum wage) on June 1st will be applied to the public sector. 862,000 civil servants will receive a differential indemnity of up to 65.28 euros gross. The measure addresses the issue of the lowest salary brackets falling below the new hourly minimum wage."
