"Researchers at the University of Hong Kong developed a neuromorphic hardware platform operating at temperatures near absolute zero. The platform uses Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs to reproduce biological neuron spiking activity at 10mK. This technology could improve quantum error correction and control in cryogenic environments."
