"Police searched the Buckland property of Kay Reid, mother of AFL players, as part of an investigation into fugitive Dezi Freeman. Reid admitted to storing Freeman's guns and facilitating his wife's travel, but denied aiding his escape. Freeman killed two police officers in August 2025 and was killed by police in March 2026."
