Chinese robotics firm UBTech introduced the U1 series of humanoid robots designed for emotional and psychological support. The robots feature AI-driven Large Language Models and are capable of recognizing over 20 emotional states. Pre-orders have reached 13,361 units, with prices starting at approximately 15,500 Euro.
