"Health Canada has approved generic versions of semaglutide from Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Apotex Inc. The approval follows the expiration of Novo Nordisk's regulatory exclusivity in January. Generics are expected to significantly lower costs for patients with Type 2 diabetes and obesity."
