"A study of MBA and JD programs in the USA shows that students in racially diverse graduating classes tend to receive higher starting salaries. The research analyzed 2,964 MBA classes and 3,386 JD classes over several decades. The findings suggest that diversity policies in higher education can enhance human capital."
