"Dong Guangping, a 68-year-old Chinese human-rights activist, was detained by the South Korean Coast Guard after arriving by boat. He traveled approximately 350km from Weihai, China, to Taean, South Korea, in a 3.3-meter inflatable boat. Dong has a history of imprisonment in China for his activism and previously fled to Thailand and Vietnam before being deported."
