"Slovenian Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) raised its offer for Addiko Bank to 37.00 euros per share. The new valuation is approximately 721 million euros, surpassing the rival Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) offer. The acceptance period for the offer remains open until July 22."
