"Researchers from the National University of Singapore developed an 80 μm thick TOPCon solar cell. The cell achieved 19.7% efficiency using low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD). The technology is currently in the lab-scale research stage and not yet ready for commercial production."
