"The Rural Electrification Agency of Nigeria has issued a tender for 32 solar power systems. The project is part of the World Bank-backed ROGEAP initiative led by ECOWAS. The systems will support 25 health facilities and 7 public schools across Niger State, Nasarawa State, and the Federal Capital Territory."
